To help keep parking clear and convenient for everyone, please remind your guests to park only in areas designated for 65 Kirkbridge Drive.

Guest parking is not permitted at Fort Richmond Plaza, Richmond West Plaza, Fort Richmond Square or other neighbouring commercial properties.

Guest parking is not permitted at the neighbouring commercial properties listed below: 

Fort Richmond Plaza, 2844–2866 Pembina Highway 
Richmond West Plaza: 2855 Pembina Highway
Fort Richmond Square: 2860 Pembina Highway 

*Vehicles parked on neighbouring properties may be towed at the registered owner’s expense.
